Due to the nature of AMIIRA journals and our small-batch production, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@amiira.com.au, including:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging

Once approved, we will provide a replacement or other remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
