Where do you ship?

Currently, AMIIRA ships Australia-wide. International shipping will open soon, join our mailing list to be notified when it does 🤍

How much is shipping?  ✉️ 

We offer:

• $15 flat rate Australia-wide
• Complimentary (free) shipping on orders over $100

Shipping is sent via Australia Post with tracking.

How long will my order take to arrive? 📖 

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Delivery timeframes depend on your location within Australia, but typically arrive within 2–8 business days after dispatch.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Can I change my address after ordering? 🏠 

If you need to update your address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once your parcel has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes.

🔁 RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY



Do you accept returns?

Due to the nature of our journals and small-batch production, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

However, if your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and we will gladly resolve it for you.

What if my parcel is lost?

All orders are sent with tracking via Australia Post. If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will lodge an enquiry with Australia Post on your behalf.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging your journal. If your order arrives damaged, please email us here: email AMIIRA within 7 days with photos of the packaging and product, and we will organise a replacement where appropriate.
