Are your journals physical or digital? Our journals are available in both formats. The physical journal is a printed, pen-to-paper experience — intentionally designed as a mindful break from screens. We also offer a digital download version (PDF) for our global community who cannot receive physical shipping, or who prefer to print at home.

I don't have much time, is this realistic for me? Yes. Most practices take 5–10 minutes and are designed to feel grounding, not overwhelming.

I've tried journaling before and it didn't help!? Many people struggle with blank pages. Our guided prompts provide structure so you don't have to figure out what to write.

I'm not very spiritual, will this still suit me? Yes. Our journals blend practical structure with reflective depth. You don't need to identify as spiritual to benefit.

I already have unused notebooks. Why is this different? These are guided, immersive experiences not empty pages. You're supported through a structured journey of your choosing.

Is this a luxury or an investment? We see it as an investment in self-awareness and habit-building. It may not be for everyone but for the right woman, it becomes a meaningful ritual.

Is there a right or wrong way to use them? No. You're guided but never judged. This is self-authority, not perfection.

How does the digital version work?
After purchase, you will receive an email with a download link to your PDF journal. The digital version is word-for-word identical to the physical journal. Please note: printing is required to use the digital journal. No physical item will be shipped for digital orders.

Can I purchase the digital version from anywhere in the world?
Yes. The digital download is available worldwide with no shipping restrictions.

Where do you ship?

AMIIRA ships Australia-wide and internationally to New Zealand, United Kingdom, Canada, and United Arab Emirates.

How much is shipping? ✉️

We offer:
• $15 flat rate Australia-wide
• Complimentary (free) shipping on orders over $100
• New Zealand: $33 AUD
• United Kingdom & UAE: $50 AUD
• Canada: $53 AUD

Shipping is sent via Australia Post with tracking.

How long will my order take to arrive? 📖

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Australian delivery typically arrives within 2–8 business days after dispatch.

Estimated international delivery timeframes after dispatch:
• New Zealand: 3–6 business days
• United Kingdom: 6–12 business days
• Canada: 8–14 business days
• UAE: 6–10 business days

You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Can I change my address after ordering? 🏠

If you need to update your address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once your parcel has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes.

🌍 INTERNATIONAL ORDERS — CUSTOMS & DUTIES

Will I be charged customs or import duties?
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees charged by their country upon delivery. These charges are not included in your order total and are determined by your local customs authority. AMIIRA has no control over these charges and cannot predict the amount.

What if I refuse to pay customs and the parcel is returned?
If a parcel is returned to us due to unpaid customs fees or refusal of delivery, we are unable to offer a refund on the original order. Return shipping costs will also be at the customer's expense.

Do you ship to the United States?
Unfortunately we are currently unable to offer reliable shipping to the United States due to import tariff complexities. US customers can purchase our digital download version, which is available worldwide.

Do you accept returns?

Due to the nature of our journals and small-batch production, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

However, if your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and we will gladly resolve it for you.

Do you accept returns for international orders?
We are unable to accept returns for international orders due to the cost and complexity of international shipping. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will do our best to resolve it.

Are digital downloads refundable?
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds on digital downloads once the file has been accessed or downloaded.

What if my parcel is lost?

All orders are sent with tracking via Australia Post. If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will lodge an enquiry with Australia Post on your behalf.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging your journal. If your order arrives damaged:
